#mediawiki on irc.freenode.net is the around-the-clock IRC channelMediaWiki on IRC for realtime communication. If you don't have an IRC client, use web chat.

• wikitech-ambassadors Announcements about upcoming changes on Wikimedia websites. This list is primarily aimed at end users of Wikimedia wikis, not the MediaWiki software in general.

• The English Wikimedia planet blog aggergator sometimes contains tech stuff mixed in with posts mostly about non-technical aspects of Wikimedia projects.
