स्थापना

This extension requires a CXserver to be setup first. Moreover it has extension dependencies.

  Developers and code contributors should install the extension from Git instead, using:

  cd extensions/

• सिर्फ गिट से डाउनलोड करते समय एक्सटेंशन डिरेक्ट्री से composer install --no-dev प्रकाशित करके PHP निर्भरताएँ स्थापित करने के लिए Composer चलाएँ। (संभावित जटिलताओं के लिए T173141 देखें।)
• अपने LocalSettings.php फ़ाइल के अंत में निम्न कोड जोड़ें:

  wfLoadExtension( 'ContentTranslation' );
  

• अपडेट स्क्रिप्ट चलाएँ जो स्वचालित रूप से आवश्यक डेटाबेस टेबल्स का निर्माण करेगा जिसकी इस एक्सटेंशन को आवश्यकता है।
• पूर्ण – अपने विकि पर Special:Version पर जाकर देखें कि एक्सटेंशन को सफलतापूर्वक स्थापित किया गया है कि नहीं।

Vagrant स्थापना:

• अगर आप Vagrant का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं, तो vagrant roles enable contenttranslation --provision से स्थापित करें

Content Translation server

इस एक्सटेंशन को एक चलने वाला सामग्री अनुवाद सर्वर (यानी CX सर्वर) चाहिए। अनुवाद सामग्री सर्वर को सेटअप करने की विधि के लिए Content translation/cxserver/Setup देखें। सामग्री अनुवाद को लोकल रूप से चलाते समय सृष्टि CX सर्वर पर यह जोड़ा जा सकता है:

GuidedTour	Optional	अगर इसे स्थापित किया जाता है, इससे किसी पृष्ठ को सदस्य नामस्थान से बाहर स्थानांतरित करने के बारे में एक व्याख्या दिखाई जाएगी।
Echo	Optional	अगर इसे स्थापित किया जाता है, इसकी मदद से किसी अनुवाद उपलब्धि को प्राप्त करने के बाद शाबाशी का एक संदेश दिखाया जाएगा।
Wikibase	Optional	अगर इसे विकिपीडिया की तरह स्थापित और कॉन्फ़िगर किया जाता है, इससे अंतरभाषा कड़ियों को अपने आप (साइटकड़ियों के रूप में) जोड़ा जाएगा।
EventLogging	Optional	अगर इसे स्थापित किया जाता है, इससे प्रकाशन, त्रुटियाँ, और दूसरी घटनाएँ लॉग की जा सकती हैं।
BetaFeatures	Optional	अगर इसे स्थापित किया जाता है, ContentTranslation वरीयताओं में एक बीटा सुविधा के रूप में उपलब्ध होगी।

कॉन्फ़िगरेशन के वेरिएबल

ContentTranslationDomainCodeMapping	Used to map between non-standard language codes and actual domains. The default is the same as in Wikipedia codes and domains.
ContentTranslationSiteTemplates	Templates for essential URLs. The defaults assume Wikipedia, so this variable must be configured differently for other sites. Where relevant, $1 is replaced by the language code, and $2 is replaced by the page title.
ContentTranslationTranslateInTarget	Whether to open Special:ContentTranslation in the target wiki when clicking the button in the entry point. The domain will be based on $wgContentTranslationSiteTemplates. The default is to open Special:ContentTranslation on the same wiki. (For Wikipedia this is set to true.)
ContentTranslationAsBetaFeature	Whether ContentTranslation is a beta feature.
ContentTranslationTargetNamespace	The default target namespace for published articles. The default is Main.
ContentTranslationCampaigns	Campaigns that are available in the URL as valid values for the campaign parameter in the URL. This allows automatic enabling of the beta feature and event logging.
ContentTranslationCXServerAuth	CXServer connection configuration.
ContentTranslationEnableSuggestions	Whether to use the suggestions tab and automatic suggestions. This needs the GapFinder API. This is false by default, but true in Wikipedia.
RecommendToolAPIURL	The URL for the GapFinder API, needed if ContentTranslationEnableSuggestions is true.

URl पैरामीटर

सामग्री अनुवाद मुख्यतः Special:ContentTranslation विशेष पृष्ठ पर काम करता है। URL पैरामीटर्स हैं:

• page: स्रोत का शीर्षक
• targettitle: लक्ष्य का शीर्षक
• from: स्रोत भाषा
• to: लक्ष्य भाषा
• campaign: अभियान का नाम
  • विकिमीडिया विकियों पर, अगर सदस्य की सेटिंग्स पर सामग्री अनुवाद को सक्षम न किया जाता है, सिर्फ पूर्व-परिभाषित अभियानों की कड़ियाँ ही काम करेंगी। अभियानों को InitialiseSettings.php wmgContentTranslationCampaigns वेरिएबल में परिभाषित किया जाता है।
