"الحساب المؤقت" هو حساب يجري إنشاؤه تلقائياً. وهو بديل عن استخدام عنوان IP للمستخدم كمُعرف في تاريخ الصفحة. ستُخفي عناوين الـ IP للحسابات المؤقتة من القراء ومعظم المساهمين الآخرين.

لا تمتلك الحسابات المؤقتة جميع خصائص الحسابات المسجلة. يمكن أن يكون لدى الحسابات المؤقتة صفحة مستخدم وصفحة نقاش مستخدم . يمكنهم تلقي إشعارات ورؤية إشعار حول الرسائل الخاصة بهم على صفحة نقاش المستخدم خاصتهم . يمكن للمستخدمين الموثوقين مثل الإداريين رؤية الـ IP الخاص بالحساب المؤقت.

كيف يمكنني معرفة ما إذا كان الحساب مؤقت؟

سوف تبدأ أسماء المستخدمين المولّدة آليًا للحسابات المؤقتة برمز المدة (~) والسنة التي جرى فيها أول تعديل من هذا الحساب. سوف يتبع السنة أرقامًا، سوف تقسّم إلى مجموعات من خمسة أرقام، مثل User:~2024-12345-67. لا يمكن للمستخدمين تسجيل حسابات معتادة مستخدمين أسماء مستخدمين تماثل هذا النمط.

Wikimedia-specific information for temporary accounts

This section only applies to temporary accounts in Wikimedia wikis.

• Temporary accounts holders in Wikimedia wikis will not be able to convert their accounts to permanent registered accounts. Non-Wikimedia-specific information for temporary accounts

This section only applies to temporary accounts in non-Wikimedia wikis.

• You can merge a temporary account to registered account via Extension:UserMerge if it is installed.
• Temporary accounts do not expire by default. System administrator may expire temporary accounts that are registered for longer than some specified time by forcefully logging them out via expireTemporaryAccounts.php.
• If the wiki has إضافة:مدقق مستخدم installed, users with the checkuser-temporary-account privilege are granted the ability to view the IP addresses that are linked to temporary accounts.
