Halo,

In September of last year the Discovery Search team reached out to this community to discuss early work on showing other Wikimedia projects in the search results. The team will soon be ready to put final code updates on the most recent A/B test and make this change happen in production. This update will only add search result snippets from the Wikimedia sister projects in a sidebar to be displayed on the search results page.
