Requested user-rights: Translation administrator.

Hi, I would like to become translation admin; I regularly translate pages here (and on Meta also) and I frequently view desynchronized pages between the source language and the translations because of corrections of typos (and it generally don’t worth asking specifically an update), so it’s mainly for this type of tasks I’m requesting. I already played with translation admin rights on a test wiki. Outside of this, I follow of the development of MediaWiki and used to do minor tasks, which can be caracterized as wikitech-ambassadorship; I am an editor on frwiki since 2006 and was admin 5 years (resigned because of lack of activity); I am involved in the WMFR chapter. I have also a small blog of translations to French of wiki-related blog posts, and launched the mediawiki-fr list (although not very active for now).

Thanks,
