I'm a member of SWMT and I mainly do counter vandalism and translation here.   @DannyS712 I spoke to the IRC on this issue they said to apply for the block in July and the right application would not be a problem if I could make a good contribution .my explain

To the administrators, I have understood that I will increase my good contribution to wikipedia, also I promise, if I do something and I violate the policy, and make things detrimental to Wikipedia, I am ready to be blocked.   @DannyS712 Yes, the discussion there was like this I first mailed to the Arbitration Committee when they asked me to wait until July and at the IRC I said what rights can I apply for then it was said that you can make a good contribution,Then you can apply based on your good contribution. • Oppose Waiting for the result of the arbitration at least would be appropriate.
