OK, so what I see here is that the Italian Wikipedia has AbuseFilter 423, which totally prevents publishing if any tags that are not supported by Remex are used (see Parsing/Replacing Tidy).
The AbuseFilter probably identifies that somewhere in the code there are such tags. I'm not sure why; perhaps Santhosh.thottingal can examine the translation in progress and check why does it happen?
More broadly, I'm concerned that AbuseFilter is used for this purpose in such a way, but that's a topic for another thread: Topic:Tcvi6s2x4fpkkcm6.
