Hello, is there a way to change the default filters? That is, can I make it so that it automatically shows problem edits without having to manually change it each time? Sorry if this has already been answered.

Option to saving filter sets is coming. It will have possibility to set one of saved filter setting for default.

Thanks @Wargo, that is correct! I might note additionally that this means we'll get rid of all the preferences currently on the Preferences page. So you'll manage your defaults/preferences for Recent Changes ON Recent Changes (which seems like a win to me).
