Hello,

Content translation was working about 2 months ago, but every time I try to access it now it shows only a blank white page.

Chrome consoloe error:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'getElementsByTagName' of null TypeError: Cannot read property 'getElementsByTagName' of null(…)

P.S. I'm using it for Georgian language.

What wiki?

I found a workaround for this problem, by ''right-clicking'' the language you want to translate it into. (in my case da:wp) Then choose to open it in a new tab. Than it loads normally! So untill this bug is fixed, you should be able to translate anyways. Good luck!

@Wargo@Kintrbr

I had the same problem, I can easily translate from da:wp to nl:wp, but when i want to translate from nl:wp to da:wp I can not. I get a blank page.

No on the left hand side in the languages menu.

In your case you will see :

  • ქართული in grey, when you rightclick on it, and choose ''open in new tab'' the page should load and you can start translating.

Yes, it opened with this trick but have you managed to publish translated articles using this method? It thinks I'm using it for publishing articles on English wiki and I get an error that translation tool is not avaialble for English language.

Not all Wiki's give a translation. Some wiki's you need to make the translation yourself in the document. But for other wiki's it works. Not sure why - (Large wiki's?)
