It is the link to user page of what user?
What is concretely displayed when "last user" is displayed? Their user name?
Link to the user page I would say. But I'm not sure to understand the context... On which section are you?

On "#Talk page messages" section, "details" item. Previously it was a link to a specific user page. "of" have become "or".
