Hi. Thanks for trying Content Translation tool. We rely on Apertium upstream project for Machine Translation component. In (probably near) future, we may add more language support for Machine Translation. Meanwhile, you can use tool which helps to adapt links, images and references easily. Also, wikidata links are automatically added.
We're working constastly to improve the tool and open for any feedback.

Without Machine Translation, this tool is an electric drill with no power. When will it be turned on, please?
@Llywelyn2000: Hello, very sorry if my message was confusing. Like @KartikMistry: said already we are currently only using MT from Apertium and sadly Welsh is not in that list. @DChan (WMF): had started preparing for a Moses set up to support English to Welsh MT but sadly that could not be done. We do want to get it started again and would be really grateful if you know someone who can help us speed up the process. At present we are a little short on time and people to take up the challenge to get a Moses setup in place. Thanks.
According to Apertium list of language pairs, it seems that translation from English is supported. I created this ticket to track the enablement of this and possible other missing languages.
@KartikMistry: is verifying this. Looks like it may be Welsh-to-English support at the moment and not the other way round. We will confirm about this. Thanks Pau.
