Doubt

- Yes. You can translate from any language to any language. However, English Wikipedia has some restriction at moment (500 edits+autoconfirmed user). Otherwise, you can translate to any other languages. KartikMistry (talk) 14:25, 25 October 2016 (UTC)

Translation of the Foobar page to Swedish

This error message means:
There is a current translation by KartikMistry. Be sure that you coordinate with the user who translated the current translation.

jquery.IME and TwoColConflict

you added a ticket on Phabricator for the broken jquery.IME with TwoColConlict. I tried to reproduce the issue and failed to do so. So I have some more questions related to the task. See the ticket.
