For some reason, translation from Spanish to Ukrainian does not work. Please enable the feature.

Thanks for trying Content Translation. We rely on Apertium project for Machine Translation which is one of the component of Content Translation. Currently, there is no support of Spanish -> Ukrainian, so we can't promise for this support. However, Content Translation will make translation process faster with automatic link, reference, image adaption and wikidata link.
Let us know if you've any other issues with tool.
@Maximaximum: Hello, and to add to what @KartikMistry: has already said, in case you are aware of any machine translation service that can be used for translating from Spanish to Ukranian, please do let us know. We would like to evaluate it. Meanwhile, please do explore the other features of Content Translation that can be used to translate a page even if there is no machine translation between the source and target languages. What about Google translate? It provides translation from Spanish or any other language to Ukrainian (however, I believe, it is done by mediation of English).
You can try the new feature of the Wikipedia GoogleTrans gadget. The help for this is at:
It can translate from Spanish to Ukrainian and keep the html markup, which is what you want. The ukwiki is already set up with the latest version so you shouldn't need a private version of the gadget.
