Good day to all of you here at MediaWiki, I am here today because I want to ask permission here regarding MediaWiki, right now I am translating a Page in English to my mother tongue Bikol Sentral but it is prohibited or forbidden there to MediaWiki edited my mother Wikipedia. Right now I'm translating "Wikipedia: The Wikipedia Adventure" of English Wikipedia to Bikol because I enjoyed it and I think this wiki-game will help to further enhance the version of Wikipedia in my language. - I just want to request to edit MediaWiki on Bicol Wikipedia because I can't edit or create anything new on Mediawiki like this: https:// bcl.wikipedia.org/wiki/ MediaWiki:Guidedtour-tour-twa1.js -- theres no button to created this one, I don't know if it's forbidden to do such things on Local Wikipedia or if I'm just blocked from editing them on MediaWiki on Wikipedia. - Ah, I understand now. You need Interface administrator rights, but on bcl:. If there is no local bureaucrat who can give you interface administrator rights, visit meta:Steward requests/Permissions#Interface administrator_access.
