We already have 42 sysops, which is usually more than enough to handle whatever may pop up. Please note that fulfilling whatever suggestions does not automatically give you the right for +sysop. Besides, imo it's quite easy for anyone to get +sysop on en.wiki if they edit there enough. If you edit here for a while, I may change my mind at a later date, but at this time I'm going to say no. --Skiz zerz 17:28, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Per above. I'd like to see some edits from a user before I'd give them sysop status or then I need to know the user personally. As I don't know you, I'd need to see some edits before I can grant you +sysop. --Sayuri 17:31, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
