I'm a recurrent translator (EN<>PT) of meta pages, as well as editor of Portuguese meta pages, such as m:WikiMulheres+. I want to be able to mark this page for translation as a learning assignment. Additionally, as an exercise of autonomy and in order to empower my communities (South American and Lusophone wiki groups). Meaning: I want to know the "how-to-do-it" and be able to mark Portuguese and Spanish pages for translation, when necessary. Many wikimedians from non-English contexts started to insert more and more content on Meta-Wiki. I believe is necessary a two-way movement of translation, not only from English to other languages, but also making available English translations of Portuguese and Spanish pages. • Oppose MediaWiki.org doesn't need more translation admins - just prepare pages for translation yourself and let Shirayuki handle doing the marking. The fact that this page wasn't transcluded, and you seem to think you are requesting rights on meta (you're not) also does not inspire confidence. * Pppery * _{it has begun} 16:16, 25 February 2023 (UTC)

  Well @Pppery, by my count, there are exactly 5.210,362 ways of stating what you stated but in a not hostile manner.
  I really didn't realize I wasn't on meta; and, because of that, it took me a while to find the feedback, haha. But now I found the right page.
