Thank you for letting me know about it. Is it possible that you could kindly provide example and how to prevent other translator not to create the same issue as i did. Somehow if the system allow translator to translate it i believe it will keep the same issue happen for future.

You created the following category pages by inserting "$1". Make sure that the page you are translating is a category or not, and (if it is a category) that it is not empty.

Thank you for letting me know about this. I have some of question to ask as learner from new things what if i translations categories without inserting "$1"? Will it be ok for that? If not how to translations categories properly without issues?

It does not matter whether the translation is "$1" or not.
Understand which source page you are translating and which translation page will be created by your translation. Ensure that no empty categories are created as a result of translation.

I have created Talk pages consultation 2019 but one of sysop in Thailand replaced introduction page with English version without contact me. This is one of issue for talk page consultation as person who have rights to do anything can be impolite with newcomers without communication to each other. I will contact him to discuss about it and will let you know an update. I also created social media group for option for comment as well but since sysop replaced with his version everything not displaying as it should for collecting comment and suggestion as plan. So if you have some suggestion for me to continue this consultation please kindly let me know how to set introduction page without having replace or edit war with sysop which i am trying to avoid it.

The schedule remains the same. Community summaries are due by April 6, 2019. Think that you will have to summarize all the feedback you received by this deadline.
Have you published the announcement everywhere you can? Do you receive some feedback?

We want to share with you some important information, so as some advice. All of this is based on feedback, observations and some decisions taken around phase 1 of the consultation.
Can you ask for details?
On the already started consultations, we have noticed that some people explain what they wish to have, and they express what they like or dislike about talk pages. However, they don't explain the reasons why.
Explaining why is very important: it allows us to find the common needs between users. Can you please review the feedback already received, and ask for details and "why"?
Reaching at other projects
Most of the consultation pages are hosted on Wikipedia, on several languages. We also need to get the feedback from people who contribute to other projects. Don't forget to invite them to participate (or setup their own consultation page). The more feedback we have, the better.
Reaching at newcomers
Most feedback received so far has come from experienced users. It is unfortunately not representative of all the users who use talk pages. Please consider to send an invite to some active newcomers. Again, the more feedback we have, the better.
To find some newcomers to contact, you can replace the RecentChanges link on your wiki with the following set of filters: Special:RecentChanges?userExpLevel=learner&hidebots=1&translations=filter&hidecategorization=1&hideWikibase=1&namespace=1%3B3%3B5&limit=500&days=30&urlversion=2. It will show the list of users who have made less than 500 edits, and some edits on discussion pages. You can also invite people who left messages on your local Help desk.
Due date is now known!
Community summaries are due by April 6, 2019. We advise communities, especially the ones that would have had collected a lot of replies, to end the conversation by March 31. That way, volunteers will have enough time to wrap up the discussions.
How to close the conversations?
We have seen that some of the coordinators have started the conversations using the usual places to have conversations on their wikis. It is an easy way to reach people. However, since the consultation is based on a different consultation process than the usual ones, those rules regarding how to close conversations may not need to be applied. It is up to you to decide!

Thank you for your message and as i have chance to translated This Talk pages consultation 2019 and look into existing group. I have not seen the group for hearing feed back from Thai users. So i started the group and so far i have got contact from admin judging that i am not ready to handle project. as one of contributor and involved with many of project i would like to get feed back from user who get abused and can not use existing tools to communicate and get what they need. Also some of user with administrative rights not response anything back in messages from user who need support.
So as i have seen a lot of this problem for a while now if i can get feed back from all of this contributors i think at lease it could use some of information to improve communication tools for a lot of contributors that including me so if you could provide next step for the group i have created to process confirmation of the group and start getting feed back that would be great.
