Perhaps Wikimedia Apps/Team/Bug reporting needs to be updated/archived/deleted? I used the "Create a new bug in Phabricator" form, but it didn't work very well

Also, Which part of the mentioned page still needs to be updated? as this is the current way of reporting a bug till now.

Old tag “Android/iOS-app-Bags” and unusual format of header: === Name of header
