Yeah it probably needed an edit to trigger reparsing of the translatable page which adds the automatic anchors.

I have found it does not work in wikidata => https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Creating_a_bot/fr#Using_Wikidata%27s_API_directly when called from = > https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Client_code/Gold_standard

mechanism awaked; ok for wikidata now
