Hi. Yes, while I don't speak Vietnamese, as far as I can tell your translations are fine, and appreciated too. I hesitate because you are blocked on the vi wiki for using multiple accounts, and I am not able to trace through the causality of that to evaluate whether that is a potential concern here or not. I suggest making a more formal request on Project:Requests where others can weigh in.
Thank you for responding. I will continue to contribute and open the permission request where appropriate. (In fact, I only share one of my sub-accounts (this one is completely secure) and all puppet accounts except that secondary account are prohibited from being owned by me.)
