Translate and import a wiki-page to another language

How do I import and then translate a wiki-page from one language to another? I want to translate the following wiki-page from German to Swedish and put it on the Swedish Wiki: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hai_%26_Topsy

Go to w:sv:Special:ContentTranslation, click Ny översättning, select Deutsch as the source language, write "Hai & Topsy", select svenska as the target language, and click Börja översätta. More info at Help:Extension:ContentTranslation.

Not sure if everything worked, but sv:Hai & Topsy was published the same day.
