I could start a template, called "red link", which is to link to nonexistent pages, but prevent the page from showing on special:WantedPages. Its code is:

It'll be mostly used on talk pages, and on Help:Magic words to remove MediaWiki:xyz from the list of wanted pages.

@Keyacom: I don't see what the point of this is, given that Special:WantedPages is already not clear due to various artifacts from the translate extension.

@Pppery: I wanted to create a template that, as described above, can remove MediaWiki:xyz from the Special:WantedPages. But for what you described, I redirect you to another topic.

My point is that the existence of {{Red link}} to remove one entry is premature until the broader problem described there, consisting of many more entries, is solved.
