Try as I may, I cannot publish my translation at https://es.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Especial:Traducci%C3%B3n_de_contenidos&page=Ahmet+Tevfik+Pasha&from=en&to=es&targettitle=Ahmet+Tevfik+Baj%C3%A1 which I intend to use as a basis to expand the article. Could someone check if I am doing something wrong? Thank you in advance!

Try to publish as personal draft, using the gear-button. Does the target article already exist?

Thank you for the tip, unfortunately, the result is the same: the article does not get published. It does not already exist in the destination (Spanish) wikipedia, I am translating it to have a basis to work on with additional sources. The symptom is a bit awkward: I do not see any error messages, the article just stays "Publicando" (Publishing). I mention it just in case it may be a known issue...

The same thing is happening to me, too. Yesterday I published several translations, but today, translating "Lorentz covariance" from en.wp to ro.wp hangs. The stacktrace in my console reads:

I have a similar problem when translating from EN to DE (https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial:Inhalts%C3%BCbersetzung&page=Spaced+repetition&from=en&to=de&targettitle=Spaced+repetition). When clicking on "Publish", the interface displays "Publishing...", but nothing happens even after several minutes, and the article is not saved to Wikipedia. This also happens when selecting a personal draft as the target. I'm not getting an error messge. I'm using an up-to-date Google Chrome browser on Windows.

I have this problem too, and already reported in Phabricator.
