Is it possible to use the tool to translate a page which isn't in the main article space?

I would like to translate some of the lists at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Vital_articles but unfortunately I have not yet found an option to access pages outside the main space. Is this possible?

Could not scroll the screen the first time. But some clicks later, the scrollbar appeared.
