Try to publish the translation as draft. When successful, the article will appear in Your user namespace. When fixed, it can be moved into the article namespace. To do so, click the gear button. The Content Translation Tool currently requires 500 edits in the English Wikipedia Project. This might not apply to other language versions, but it is still depending on the local Wikipedia project. If there is reference or link which is listet in a spam filter, writing the publication is blocked and possibly no error message appears.
how do you publish the translation as a draft?
I am having this problem with two translations.
I just figured it out. No need to reply.
The abuse filter doesn't allow to safe the draft in the personal subpage! And the information why it is an "abuse" is missing. It would be important to give an information, why it's not working. Because only so we can correct it...
