I have a problem. I cant publish translation of the page "Borna Erceg" from Croatian to English):

2. Select "personal draft".
3. Publish.

The article will be published to your user space. When it's ready, move it to the main space.

It is ready, but how do I move it then?

However, you only have one edit in the English Wikipedia, so you won't be able to do it yourself. You need to be autoconfirmed, so you need at least 10 edits.

Also, I strongly suggest adding references to the article that you created, because unreferenced article will likely be deleted. See w:en:Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons for more information. Copying the links from the bottom of the Croatian article to the English article is a good first step towards that.
