This template makes no sense

OOjs and OOjs UI are only linked as much as jQuery and jQuery UI. Binding them together in documentation is a bit of a nonsense.

(The title of this topic made me panic!) I will happily remove the top 4 items, and rename the template to OOjs UI, and assume the template thus makes sense.
