I translated the article "Marianne Eigenheer" from German to English and had the whole text re-read and edited by an English native-speaker - and it still does not let me publish this new article, since I am not a "confirmed editor on English Wikipedia". What can I do?

Please try changing the title of the translation to "User:Artsy cdh/Marianne Eigenheer" and publishing. Check that the published page looks correctly, and then move it to the main space.
