links to origin wiki articles now in url format, not wiki format

For some reason, when translating from french to english (see Forence Dauchez article on enwiki),

the links to the french wikipedia article (that don't have equilvalents in the enwiki) are now in URL format instead of in wiki format.

They are now in format:

JT de Canal +

instead of ':fr:JT de Canal +'

I prefer the second format, the wiki format

I may have marked them as missing, since that's what I normally do for a link that is grey.

OK, this makes sense. "Mark as missing" was supposed to create a red link in the English Wikipedia. Apparently something else happened, so it's definitely a bug. Thanks for the report!

This problem of origin wiki links being published as external URLs is still happening. It makes for manual labor (which previously you had admirably kept me from doing) to convert the external links to [[:fr:French Article|English description]]. Please fix up.
