I am in the middle of translating an article from English to Esperanto. About halfway into this page the machine translation (by clicking on "add translation") just inserts the English source text into the translation column rather than a real machine translation. This is very odd, because for the first half of the page the machine translation feature worked flawlessly. I have tried to started translating a new page and come across the same problem. Any hints? Ah, to complete the information here, the article i was translating was "LGBT rights in Uganda", from English into Esperanto. The other article i tried to translate from scratch was "Beyoncé discography". I am using Firefox 39 on a Mac. Closing and reopening the browser had no effect.
The tool "thinks" it's inserting translated text, because on the Beyoncé article it warns me that the entire translated portion consists of unmodified machine-translated text.
It's working again.
