With little screen space available, the items on the dashboard look chaotically scattered onto the page. When the "From any language > To any language" button areas move underneath the "In progress | Published" selector buttons, the additional level of horizontal alignment that appears makes the whole picture look somewhat orderless. (easily happens on netbook or with non-maximised window) This happens more easily with the button texts translated to less compact languages.
I would suggest to try aligning to the same level as the text inside the boxes of listed translations. I would also try wrapping text on the buttons and scaling the arrow-like dividing element before the buttons themselves get wrapped into a new line.
