No problem at all by mentioning the url here. We are planning to have Spanish to French machine translation support very very soon, via apertium. It was unfortunately stuck until last week due to some packaging errors (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T92252). Its now ready, but we just need to install it on the beta site to do a quick test and then make it available on the French Wikipedia. At this point of time, Apertium does not support machine translation into French from any language other than Spanish. Hope this answer helps with your question. Thanks.

Les 3 articles (misophonie/misophonia, réaction paradoxale/paradoxical reaction, Effet_rebond_(médecine)/Rebound_effect) que j'ai traduit à ce jour étaient de wikipedia anglais. C'est le wikipedia le plus fournis, pourquoi irai-je traduire de l'article wikipedia espagnol alors que l'article wikipedia anglais a 70% de chance d'être plus fournis? Tant qu'il n'y aura pas de traduction automatique anglais-français je n'utiliserai pas l'outil traduction. Je te remercie de m'avoir répondu.
Hello, That is totally understandable and unfortunately is a limitation that we have to work with. The machine translation service is a separate service provided through third parties and we are dependent on which languages they support. At present only Apertium service is being used, but our plan is to use more translation services in future that we can collaborate with to extend the languages supported with machine translation.
