Requested user-rights: Translation administrator.

I am improving the documentation of some magic words and I want to translate them in French. For this purpose, I need the "Translation administrator" flag to avoid annoying someone regularly to mark the pages as translatable.

As a reference, I can say that I do many improvements on the French wiki.

Thank you for your translations, they are valuable even without a translation admin flag! I don't see much actibvity here and practically nothing about marking pages for translations, though the attention paid to docs is appreciated. Try another time with a few more edits in this area on your track, please.
