Thank you for working on this. Here's some feedback:

• On the first line, do not capitalize the R in request.
• Create a sub page of this page to host the sample code and then transclude that page into this page. Name the page Sample code 1. Look at API:Tags and API:Tags/Sample_code_1 for reference.
• Looking at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Contributors, I can see that it had been translated to many languages. So that we don't lose the translations, make sure to add translation tags to your sandbox page.

@Awah Nadege Thank you for making the changes. A few more changes I'd request:

• Reduce the number of contributors to just three and use ... to show that there are more items in the response. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Images.
• I see that you have added a translation marker(T:22) to the "Additional notes" section, yet this section did not exist in the original page. Please remove the translation marker

@Awah Nadege I'm looking at the JavaScript code in your sandbx page and there's some difference with the code on GitHub? Make sure all the code is the same. Just don't include the "This file is auto-generated..." part.
