Working generateSitemap.php for mediawiki 1.16.0. It seems that the original generateSitemap script had "Wrong URL format" errors, and the patched Manual:GenerateSitemap.php/Google can't generate correct index xml for me, and I found it ignore urlpath argument.

I modified the script of MediaWiki 1.19.2, making it works with 1.16.0, and adding "server" option support. And this script will also support $wgSitemapNamespacesPriorities configuration.
