Monday 10/10, Tuesday 10/11: Tech days at the Foundation. Mostly taken up by activities, but got some good hacking done on item deletion & merging in the new editing surface w/Trevor and Roan.

Wednesday 10/12: WMF all-staff. Dinner/drinks at Tres Agaves. Had some interesting discussions with Sue on the editor project & the chat project Ian and I have been working on. Sue mentioned Philippe was also interested in chat.

Thursday 10/13: WMF all-staff part two, lightning talks. Discussed the chat thing with Philippe a bit over emails. Continued hacking on item deletion in afternoon. Discussion on Commons-L led directly to Magnus implementing an 80% hack for licenses in Sitemaps for Commons. Put item on calendar to figure out what was remaining & how to deploy it.

Friday 10/14: got in late, did some stuff on item deletion, decided on a better algo with Trevor. Updated Alolita on state of UploadWizard and what to do for Monday's push. Reviewed 500 more lines of TimedMediaHandler, with Ian Baker. Going to hack on a few more upload-related things until 7pm due to being in so late.
