Though it is probably off-topic, I appreciate how the tool formats and gets an article ready for translation. Since I would rather rewrite and rephrase than translate, I wish I could use the tool only for formatting without having to translate.

Your feedback suggests that you would prefer to use the "Start with an empty paragraph" option. If this is the case, you can access this option by clicking the drop-down arrow on the right (the initial translation panel) and selecting the "Start with an empty paragraph" option.
