Currently I see 14 issues with the page. Please advise.

Please provide details of the exact message of the 14 issues on the page. In other words, check the warning messages on the right panel and share the most frequent ones you are getting in this thread.
I will also add that there is an initial automatic translation limit mechanism in the Content Translation tool to ensure that translators review and modify the initial machine translation so that the original context of the article is maintained before they can publish. You must review and modify the automatic machine translation to have only 79% of the initial machine translation (you must modify or edit the automatic machine translation by 21% before publishing a translated article in your wiki). Hi @UOzurumba (WMF) currently I see 12 messages. They all say "The part of your translation contains XX% of unchanged text." It is more than 79%. However I checked all the text and it seems perfectly fine. I am not able to mark it as checked. Please advise how I can proceed.

The calculation of the automatic translation limit is based on different considerations, as explained on this page. So, reviewing and modifying the translation more than the stated threshold will give you a better chance to publish. Consider restructuring (modifying) the machine translation sentences better, ensuring the meaning and context of the source article, sentences or paragraphs are maintained.
I believe you are fluent in the languages (the language source and the one you are translating to), and you understand the linguistic rule that applies to them.
