Hello. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to assist me with running a bot for Template:WMFReleaseTableRow? I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter. I just added a function that adds anchors for an upcoming release.

Hi Nux, sorry for the delayed reply. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with running bots, so I cannot help with that request directly.
I'd suggest that you talk to the Release Engineering Team about your idea; perhaps by creating a phabricator task with your proposal/goal for the bot, and a description of what the bot should do, and details of how much help you need (or what kind of help you can offer if you're looking for someone to do much/most of it).

Oh! Now I understand! Sorry for my confusion, I was imagining something much more complex!
I sometimes wish there was a bit more automation in that whole system, so I had jumped to that conclusion. (But at the same time… more code/automation = more things to maintain and more things that might go wrong! So I was also nervous to even try to help!).
