Why are some of the columns between columns R and V (which denote the number of times a specific task is done per day according to the wiki used)marked with a question mark? Why are some "<<0"?

A question mark meant that we couldn't determine a solid number for this workflow step.
"<<0" meant that it happened much less than once a day.
