Topic on Talk:Content translation

1. When clicking a blank of the target language (Japanese), CX2 forces machine translation as the default. Whenever I tried to switch the preset of "初期の翻訳" to "翻訳原文を転写" (copy the original text), I failed to make CX2 to record the preset.
2. Japanese translations of the labels for user-interface of CX2 are very poor. I'd like to use CX2 with English interface, but CX2 does not provide means to switch interface laguage.
3. Sometimes, CX2 deletes footnotes from output page, like this.

The problems above were occured when editing with Firefox browser version 87.0 (32 bit), translating an English page to Japanese.

1. The first issue seems to be a bug, and a ticket has been created to resolve the issue. You can track the progress from the ticket.

3. About the third issue you are having with footnotes, please provide us with the specific footnote that disappears.

CX2 is a great tool. I hope it will be better.

1. I think it is a bug, too. I hope it will be solved soon.
2. Thank you for indicating URL. I try to solve this problem by myself.
3. All foot notes disappeared. ( :ja:Special/revision/82856867 ) : the source language page. ( :en:Special:Redirect/revision/1009384891 ) In the first footnote of the source page, template:EI3, one of encyclopedia source templates, is used, and JAWP have not had it yet. I do not know this issue was caused by this circomstance.
