Open issue: Error converting HTML to wikitext: docserver-http: HTTP 400:

Faced an error while publishing a page. I translated "Pangong Tso" from English to Telugu. When I tried to publish it threw the below error:

This happened on 15 Oct 2020. I could publish a different page (Telugu translation of enwiki article "Five Fingers of Tibet") on 16 Oct without any issues. can yu please address the issue.

Faced the same issue again while publishing a translation into Telugu - this is my third one so far. Translation id: 1063303.

On 21 Oct 2020, I could publish two translations without any problem.

Same issue for me when I translate "1999 Major League Baseball season" from English to French. I use Chrome. Thanks for your help.
