I ve started a translation but while in the process my account in he target wiki was blocked (tech reasons). Is it possible to unlock the translation? Pls advise.

As far as I understood the question, this is the answer: You still can translate what you want to translate from another wiki (like instead of opening it from enwiki, you can open it from another wiki). If you asking about publishing it, it depends if the block was done by sysop, or was done by own scripts.
