Hello. I was here to ask you that you need to change the <languages/> to <languages />. You can already see Shirayuki is trying to mark as a translation. It's failing at once when you marked for translation, other translated pages are not being updated when it is failed. Please remark the translation when you have changed either <languages/> or <languages />. Thanks for you understand.

Skin:GoMediaWiki is marked
In Skin:GoMediaWiki/tr translation, it's not updated.

I basically have no idea when to do a dummy edit or not. The original page is editable, meaning you do not have to drop me a message every time translation propagation does not work. Just do the dummy edit. Thanks.
