Include format when copy/pasting table cells

Please consider including formatting—e.g. background, alignment, etc—when copy/pasting cells in a table. It seems easy enough to include the whole content in the cell—e.g. ||align=center style=background:yellow | 243,567||—rather than selecting out the text part only||align=center style=background:yellow | 243,567||

Is it? Perhaps later, one could also think of implementing paste values and paste format options.

If you pasted that, and didn't want the formatting (which will almost always be the case if you're copying a number from a table on a website, and pasting it into a Wikipedia article), then there's no way in the visual mode to remove the unwanted formatting.

That's where paste values usually comes in. The general assumption in all OSs and RTF editors I've seen is that default copy/paste (e.g. ctrl-C/ctrl-V) copies format along with content, and that to paste content only, one uses a modified instruction (e.g. ctrl-shift-V), but VE could default paste values and make full paste an option. Either way, there's no way currently to copy formatting in VE (or is there?).

Some formatting is copied, and other formatting is not.
