Topic on Talk:Talk pages project

Another measure is ability of talk page discussion to be present in two places at once, eg a personal talk page and an article talk page, for it to be easier to watch

Are you saying that an improvement you'd like to see happen is having the ability to more easily keep track of all of the conversations you are participating in, across namespaces (e.g. article talk, user talk, etc.)?
