One of my Dashboard (156) panels was malfunctioning (I couldn't add Tabs to my Tab Panel) so I made it anew and tried to delete the old one. However, while it is gone it has been replaced by a panel called "Missing or Restricted Panel" with the text "This panel does not exist, or you do not have permission to see it." I can't seem to delete this one, the page just refreshes. Any ideas on how to resolve this? It's not a big deal, but it's annoying. :)
