The page HHVM contains some poor mark-up for translation.
For section number 1, the whole template syntax should not be translatable, only some of the values. There should also be a space between the following paragraph so that they are separate units. Use of Special:MyLanguage doesn't make sense for target pages that are not translatable. Often Special:MyLanguage links should be made into translation variables to simplify the translation units.
The note is not translatable at all, and section number 2 just doesn't make any sense.
Section number 24 should not be translated (i.e. outside of translate-tags), same for section number 25 likely.
As a translation admin, you should verify the mark-up, even when using Special:PagePreparation, to ensure it follows the best practices and minimizes the work that translators need to do.
