I experienced the same issue recently. To make things worse, I wasn't able to scroll using either my trackpad or using the scroll wheel of a mouse.

This is how I see it, so maybe it's a browser thing? Assuming you are using Firefox, @Simon04, can you please share the version, your operating system and your Wikipedia skin details? TY!

Thanks for the note. I guess the user, whose comment is being hidden, should be notified when he's not the one who's doing it. Or maybe I'm making things complex. Never mind.

@Elitre (WMF): That said, I'm not sure how this is a browser thing. The issue seems to be kicking in when viewing a visual diff in "Review Changes" window while editing. It doesn't seem to be kicking while viewing a visual diff of the same change after it has become a revision. IOW, when viewing the visual diff between revisions the issue doesn't seem to occur but when viewing the visual diff between your current edit and the latest revision while editing the issue seems to be occuring.

Appreciate your explanation. If you're able to reproduce, would you like to transfer all the info we got so far to Phabricator? The project tag there would be VisualEditor-VisualDiffs. TY!
