What is a "corporate credential"? LDAP? ActiveSync? Something else? There are MediaWiki extensions...
I've deployed MW for several clients using different sorts of authentication. These include SSO with ActiveDirectory and SAML-based authentication.
It depends on your needs, but a really good place to start is @Cindy.cicalese's PluggableAuth.
